We are a general services law practice providing legal expertise in several areas of the law. We specilize in business, civil, and commercial transactional litigation and negotiation; extensive range of domestic and family law practice that includes contested and uncontested divorces, visitation, child support and custody litigation and negotiation, marital separation agreements, guardianship, domestic partnerships, and second parent adoptions; a very inclusive immigration representation before the USCIS for procuring family and employment related immigration visas as well as representation before the Immigration Court that also involves representation in post removal actions before Immigration and Customs Enforcement; expertise in estates and trust planning, wealth and asset preservation, estate and probate litigation representation; complex real estate litigation including foreclosures, land installment contracts, loan modification represenation; employment related litigation with private and public agency employers; and representation in major and minor traffic violations including speeding, suspensions, DUI/DWI before the judiciary authorities and administrative agencies.

We represent individuals and entities that make up our domestic and international clients. Our firm's principal has substantial litigation experience and the practice area covers State of Maryland, District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia jurisdictions. We are located in White Plains, Charles County, Maryland within half hour to an hour travel time of all courts in Baltimore-Washington D.C.-Northern Virginia metro area.
